Your details help Alexander plan your lesson and stay in touch about it.
What you share
When you request a lesson, we collect your name, email, phone number, lesson interests, who is coming, contact preference, and any notes you choose to add. We also keep payment status, policy acceptance, and scheduling and follow-up records.
How we use it
We use these details to arrange and provide lessons, answer questions, process payments, and maintain business records. Submitting a lesson request does not sign you up for marketing emails. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payments. Your full card number and security code are not stored in our lesson-request sheet. We use Google Sheets and Gmail for requests and notifications, Google Voice for calls and texts, and Vercel to host the website. These providers process information needed to deliver their services.
Maps and website visits
The embedded Google map receives information such as your IP address and browser details. If you request directions, your starting address—or your location, with your browser’s permission—is sent to Google Maps. We do not add that location to your lesson request. Hosting and payment providers may use technical logs and cookies to operate their services and prevent fraud.
Keeping and updating your details
We keep information for scheduling, customer service, and necessary payment and business records. You can ask to review, correct, or delete your details by contacting Alexander. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or dispute-related reasons.
